New Cabarete Real Estate Project Palmera de Cabarete
Discover a new Cabarete Real Estate project called Palmera de Cabarete on the north shore of the Dominican Republic.
When this place gets built I think you will see one of the most luxurious condo and villa developments on the island and not just in Cabarete. This is going to be pricey Cabarete real estate. Palmera de Cabarete says they have found the definition of paradise and now their going to build it on the beach in Cabarete.
But who can really define paradise? We all have a different opinion of what it means don’t we? Palmera calls it luxury on a tropical beach and not all of us can afford their definition of luxury! Dominican developers and marketing experts use the term in almost every paragraph when talking about tropical locations don’t they?
I will agree with the local experts and many Caribbean investors who say that Dominican real estate is an investors paradise! And I would agree that windsurfers from all around the globe would say that Cabarete Beach is paradise to them! Now, enough about definitions!
If you are interested in upscale Cabarete real estate on the beach, Palmera should be on your radar! It will be constructed with a unique architectural design and nestled on a private and secluded lush tropical Caribbean unspoiled beach on a deep blue ocean surrounded by mountains and lush rain forests.
It’s true that the Dominican Republic has a sultry and secluded beach for just about every single day of the year but each has its own character. Palmera de Cabarete will be unique luxury on a very unique beach.
Palmera de Cabarete says that they will build the perfect paradise resort designed for the selective and privileged investor. According to the developer it will represent a lifestyle where adventure, culture and luxury all come together!

Cabarete is fast emerging as one of the premier destinations in the Caribbean and with the addition of Palmera de Cabarete, the Dominican Republic can now add luxury to their ad campaign to go along with the lush natural beauty of the island!
Experts are saying that Cabarete real estate continues to attract investors interest and dollars from all over the world! Values are good and all the signs and signals to buy here are a definite go. Be among the first to discover and act on the astonishing retirement and Cabarete real estate opportunities at Palmara and several other new and existing Cabarete real estate communities.
Palmera de Cabarete will be the first full-scale luxury resort of its kind in the region, offering an exciting limited Cabarete real estate opportunity in the high end second home and vacation home markets. The possibility to own a Caribbean oceanfront luxury villa should soon become a reality on Cabarete Beach.
Last I heard there was a pre construction pricing program on the villas and a founders club opportunity which started out with 40 units available at a price 15% below the pre-construction. Founders prices were being offered from $990,000 – $2,600,000.
I want to know what you think of Palmera and any news you’ve heard? Are there any other upscale developments planned on the north coast?

Seawinds Punta Goleta Cabarete Real Estate Project…

What can you tell us about the new Seawinds Cabarete real estate project which is the first phases of the Punta Goleta Development in Cabarete ? It was scheduled to be completed at the end of 2009! I have been in Florida but will be returning to Sosua for a few months beginning in February so I don’t really know as of this posting if Seawinds is ready to move into!
Seawinds is a Dominican real estate investment opportunity and ocean front condominium development with several floor plans which also include luxury penthouses. Seawinds is the first of two phases and will offer 82 apartments with several options in size from a one bedroom studios to a large 3 bedroom penthouses! Like I mentioned above the completion date was originally set for around December 2009.
Here is a picture of Seawinds as of October 2009…

According to the Punta Goleta Development every unit faces the beach and designed so that just about every room in the apartment has a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Earlier in the year the developers said that the one bedroom units would start in the low 300,000’s while the two bedroom condos will begin in the upper $300,000’s. There will also be a luxury three bedroom condominium starting in the low $800,000’s. If you’re just looking for something simple, small and affordable Seawinds will also have available a studio apartment priced in the high $100,000’s
I’ve seen some of the marketing materials and it looks good in the brochure! In fact, I faxed Punta Goleta a broker sales agreement early last year and was going to create a Dominican real estate website for this project but didn’t get around to it as of yet. Has anyone taken a closer look at Seawinds?
I like the design with ocean views from most of the condo windows! Some of the features include air-conditioned, spacious balconies, high speed Internet, cable, washing machine and dryer. Seawinds looks to be another upscale Cabarete real estate project and as with all the other quality developments it will include controlled access, 24 hours security, concierge service, on site management, infinity pool, health club, tennis court, children´s entertainment area, panoramic elevators, and 24 hours power with emergency generator.
Seawinds Luxury Condominium Resort is the first Cabarete real estate phase of the Punta Goleta Development and should be another asset to the north coast of the Dominican Republic. What’s your opinion? Does Seawinds deliver as promised? Does this Cabarete real estate project present an exclusive and unique contemporary design as marketed?

Cabarete Beach…

I’m going to talk about why exclusive Cabarete real estate developers are choosing Cabarete Beach to construct their multi-million dollar luxury projects!
You know one of the things that makes Cabarete real estate so attractive? That’s right the beach and you know what makes Cabarete Beach so special? I know what you’re going to say! The windsurfing, kite-boarding and water activities right? Wrong…well all of that is a big part of the attraction but how many of the people that visit Cabarete actually are windsurfers and kite-boarders?
I suppose many of the tourists could be party folks since the night clubs appear to do pretty well but I wouldn’t know about that because the nightlife starts hours after I go to bed.
What attracts me to Cabarete Beach is the long beautiful beach that allows me to run for miles each morning in near perfect weather conditions, breathing healthy, clean fresh air. The wide and bronze colored sandy beach is peaceful and calm in the morning and as I run I’ll see a few tourists, a couple of party people who don’t realize its the next day yet and a few Dominican beach vendors getting ready to start their work day.
But what I like most about Cabarete Beach is that small Caribbean village atmosphere you feel even while walking along the coastline. Looking up and seeing natural tropical foliage and blue skies instead of massive concrete high-rise buildings is a happy and very satisfying experience for me.
I think Cabarete Beach is the reason Cabarete real estate will soar in value and continue to attract retirees and investors for years to come. Keep those ugly towering buildings off our beach. I lived on Fort Lauderdale Beach during the 1980’s before there were skyscrappers everywhere. It was really beautiful back them. Now just about all of Florida’s beaches are overly commercialized with the same franchised restaurants, hotel chains and towering condominium developments.
Do you agree with me? I don’t think anyone can be negative about Cabarete Beach! What’s one thing that you enjoy about Cabarete Beach? How does Cabarete Beach compare to other beaches you’ve been to?

The Victorian Beachfront Condominiums in Cabarete…

The Victorian Beachfront Condominiums In Cabarete…what’s your opinion?
The last I heard you could buy a nice, new Cabarete condo at the Victorian for around $145,000! Who has the latest prices? Have the prices gone down over the last year? I like the community and its location! The Victorian is just a couple of years old and appears to be very well constructed. Anyone with an opinion about this development is welcome to post their comments below!
What about having a condo right on a beach in Cabarete? Many buyers from the U.S. feel that the Victorian is a great opportunity for affordable ownership in one of Cabarete’s most desirable direct beachfront communities. I have visited the Victorian and they are beautifully appointed with granite counter-tops, coral wainscoting and imported tile floors thruout.
Cabarete Beach is one of the world’s top five kiteboarding and windsurfing destinations. Cabarete hosted the 2007 World Master of the Ocean competition when I first visited the Dominican Republic. I have no desire to take up surfing but I love to watch all the activity each afternoon!
Cabarete offers more than just a beach, kiteboarding and windsurfing. Adventure sports enthusiasts come here for a range of activities including mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking and whitewater rafting! The small town of Cabarete features many bars and dance clubs with live music.
There are miles of golden, unspoiled sandy beaches, lush rolling hills, local shopping and beachfront dining making Cabarete a viable destination for heart pounding adventure or total relaxation, the choice is yours!
Tell us what you think about Cabarete… Is there a better beachfront condo development? Where do you think the best Cabarete real estate condo community is for your investment dollar?
We are really looking forward to your feedback regarding Cabarete! If you are interested in other others of the Dominican Republic visit my Dominican real estate blog.
